Our wonderful NDIS accredited staff have a depth of Early Intervention experience and regularly update their knowledge via professional development opportunities offered at Focused Education and through current research projects Focused Education staff undertake with Australian universities. Our friendly therapy services are always delivered using the service method you choose.
We currently provide transdisciplinary, Early Intervention Services. Our staff will harness parental knowledge and our professional expertise to develop a culturally and developmentally appropriate NDIS Individual Family Service Plan (IFSP). This plan will describe developmentally appropriate services, informal/formal activities, assessments, duration of planned interventions, milestone outcomes and directly link to participant plan goals.
We will reduce the need for future disability support by developing a more independent, functional child that can communicate, develop friendships and perform the occupations of daily living with increasing confidence.
NDIS Speech Therapy Services
Speech Therapy supports will target your NDIS plan outcomes including; feeding, swallowing, supporting speech delays, expressive/receptive language development, socialisation and communication.
NDIS Occupational Therapy Services
Occupational Therapy will address sensory challenges, emotional regulation. functional capacity, toilet training, sleeping and other nominated IFSP outcomes for Perth families.
NDIS Special Education Services.
Special Education supports provided by Martyn Drysdale will provide Early Intervention advice for teachers, parents and stakeholders designed to provide better access to learning. Children will be able to participate in family selected group or individual learning activities designed specifically to meet IFSP outcomes.
Focused Education’s Evidence-based Early Intervention Model includes group and individual trans-disciplinary collaborative service delivery with speech pathologists, occupational therapists and special educators working together. We will provide Early Intervention services and supports via home visits, school visits, school case conferences and both group and individual sessions at our well-resourced clinic.
