Your NDIS Service agreement with Focused Education
This NDIS Service agreement will extend your participant plan by describing your child’s developmentally appropriate services, informal/formal activities, assessments, duration of planned interventions, milestone outcomes and directly link to participant plan goals. We will regularly discuss your plan and make sure you are happy with your child’s progress.
We will reduce your child’s need for future disability support by developing a more independent, functional child that can communicate, develop friendships and perform the occupations of daily living with increasing confidence.
